• Make access to reading easier and more convenient particularly for persons with special needs.
• Expanding Children’s minds as well as providing forums to build important life skills.
• Uplift the Literacy levels of youth who are vulnerable to drugs, change their views and develop positive attitude towards education.
• Supporting the community to use ICT to develop vital information services focused on community needs.
